6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

6.2 Credit System

We also offer a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are non-refundable but do not expire. Each credit allows you to generate one contract or perform one AI review.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team at clausegen@proton.me to discuss refund requests.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClauseGenAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
